Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
